Q&A

Q: Can we bring our own bottle on the boat?

No. We offer an open bar. ALL ALCOHOL IS FREE!

Q: Are kids allowed?

Due to the open bar, we do not allow children. This is an adult-only experience. We can arrange a private yacht that will allow you to bring your children.

Q: What time should we arrive?

Our yachts leave the dock at 3 pm promptly. We ask everyone to arrive no later than 2:15 pm to allow time to check everyone in and gather food orders.

Q: Where will we meet?

The Catamaran docks at Puerto Aventuras. We will send out directions via email 24 - 48 hours before the day of the experience.

Q: Will there be other dates offered?

We will post more dates on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. You can check dates on our website at https://www.blackintulum.com/black-yacht-experiences

Q: I would like to book for this experience, but I notice RAIN throughout the forecast, is this a rain or shine event?

If the weather doesn’t permit for sail and the tour is canceled by the company you have the option to receive a credit for another yacht experience or a full refund.

Q: How many people can it accommodate?

We operate at a 50% occupancy at the moment. Social distancing is a priority for us to keep our guests safe and have fun at the same time.

Q: How often will you guys do the yacht trips?

Currently, we have yachts monthly but based on demand we add additional experiences.

Q: Any pics of the yacht?
